This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront home, which offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room in the house, is located next to 400 feet of undeveloped, natural beach with beautiful growing sand dunes. Because of this unique location, vacationers choosing "A Chance To Relax" will enjoy one of the least crowded stretches of beach in all of Panama City Beach.

The house, which was tastefully remodeled in 2007 and has been continually updated since, has new furniture and carpeting and is located in a quiet neighborhood in the desirable Thomas Drive area which offers a family friendly environment.

The home sleeps 6-8 with a Queen in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom with an additional daybed, Twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sleeper in the living room.

Amenities include high speed, wireless internet access, 2 new flat screen LCD TV's in living room and master bedroom. Also, CD/DVD home theater/entertainment system, private dune-walkover access to the beach, outdoor shower, patio table & chairs, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and covered parking.
