Beautiful 1 bedroom condominium on Market Street. This unit offers both Gulf and Lake views from the balcony. This unit is a PERFECT Wedding Getaway. The interior is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The first floor is the living room with large leather sleeper sofa, kitchen and dining area with an extra large balcony off the living room from which you can enjoy the sweeping views of the Gulf and Lake Carillon. The balcony is also equipped with a sitting area and gas grill. The second floor is the master suite with a king size bed, full bath, TV, and sitting area. Close to all amenities: 3 pools to choose from (one heated year round and one is beachfront!!), playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball court, and the beach with 7 community dune walkovers.
