The first floor features a private bedroom with a full bed and 1 twin bed, private bathroom and outdoor patio area that allows you to walk out on to the pristine white sandy beaches. This portion of home is great for teenagers or seniors!
The second floor has an open floor plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room, and a spacious family area with mirrored walls reflecting the beautiful gulf waters. Enjoy the colorful sunsets from the oversized balcony which also provides access to the beach or relish the relaxing scenery & breath taking sunsets from the sofa that also folds out into a queen sized sofa sleeper.
The third floor has a spacious private master bedroom with 2 queen beds and features mirrored walls that reflect the magnificent views of the emerald green gulf water. On the opposite end of the hallway is a spacious guest bedroom with 2 twin beds.
This townhome also offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, DVD player, cable and complimentary WiFi. Beachside West is only 3 miles to the desirable Pier Park shopping mall. Pier Park offers varieties of shops, restaurants, entertainment, walking track and the Grand Theater movie theater.
Other local attractions include Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, Shell Island, St. Andrew's State Park, area championship golf courses, and deep sea fishing charter boats.
Monthly rates apply to the off season months (November 1 - March 1) and rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, registration fee or security deposit.
